The B&FT awards was instituted to recognize and celebrate individuals who have made exceptional contributions to Ghana’s socio-economic development. The awardees are carefully selected by the in-house editorial team of the B&FT and peer reviews from key industry players. Participation is open to all Ghanaians. We believe that the enterprising Ghanaian needs recognition and support and hence the institution of the awards scheme. The wards have therefore played a key role in the lives of the awardees as it opened up further opportunities to contribute to special causes which have transformed lives in the country.

The awards cover players in all sectors of the Ghanaian economy including Energy Finance, Manufacturing, Trade, Transport, Education, Agri-business, telecommunications and logistics amongst others. The awards also recognize social entrepreneurs as well as individuals making a difference in the lives of others through their social and charitable causes. Our awardees have moved on to provide mentorships to selected youth groups and engaged in other charitable and causes under the auspices of the B&FT.
